Tony Stewart

Tony Stewart is the only driver that has won championships in stock cars and Indy Cars. In fact, he won his first championship (a 4-cycle rookie junior class championship at the Columbus Fairgrounds) at age eight. He has even won Rookie of the Year honors at the Sprint Cup Level (1999).

Stewart started his NASCAR career with Joe Gibbs Racing in 1998 driving in the Nationwide Series races. He moved to the Sprint Cup level in 1999 and raced in both the Indianapolis 500 and the Coca Cola 600 on the same day becoming the first driver to accomplish this feat.

Tony Stewart took a leap in the ownership ranks in 2008 and left Joe Gibbs Racing. He now is in the cockpit of the Old Spice/Office Depot #14 car as the owner and driver.
